Best experience we’ve ever had with an automotive repair shop! Kenny and Jose went above and beyond to help us get our truck up and running while we were out of town. They were honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They weren’t able to replicate the issue with our truck, so no repairs were done, but they gave us great advice and helped us navigate what was going on. I especially appreciated that they chose not to recommend repairs when they weren’t 100% sure they would actually solve the problem. I honestly think other repair shops could have taken advantage of our situation, especially since we were traveling and needed to get home. If we lived in the area, EBA would absolutely be our new go-to shop. We’re so glad we found them while we were out of town! And by the way, our truck almost made it home! It broke down about a mile from our house, so we let it cool down like you suggested, tried again, and thankfully made it all the way home. Thank you again for all your help!

The service and customer service at EBA is top notch. Not only can you trust their work performed but you can trust them period. It is hard to find a service that has integrity. But EBA Automotive Repair is one of those places. I have referred several people to them because of that fact! The work quamity and customer service is second to none. UPDATED: Manager reached out to me explaining some of the information was misconstrued by the phone rep, and because of this they adjusted my bill and went over with me what was done, the fact that he took the time to reach back out and correct the situation in a calm a polite manner made me update this to a 4 star review. I will give them another chance because my friends did have a great experience. Past: I brought my car in for a check engine light diagnostic, which was quoted at around $160. I was fine with that. After a few days, I got a call saying I had to agree to pay almost double—around $320—before they would even begin working on it because they thought the issue might be more involved than a standard diagnostic. I agreed, but instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they jumped to the conclusion that I needed a whole new engine. 😂 Then they had the audacity to ask for another $660 just to actually start investigating the issue instead of relying on what the scan tool showed. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The constant price increases and jumping to conclusions without a thorough diagnosis made me lose confidence in their service. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere else. 😊

Professional, detail pics of issues prior to work. Fast service. Clean shop. Recommended I go to dealer on a/c issue because they found a recall on it. Had one recurring issue dealer couldn’t fix that they resolved! Kudos!

Good service, and good Job

I went to EBA for an oil change which they did an excellent job. They were also observant and noticed a slash on the inside of my driver's front tire. Their awareness possibly saved me from an accident or being stranded with a flat tire. This is just one more reason why I'll only use EBA!

Taking a trip to Kansas and needed the Edge checked out for precautions, knew it needed rear shocks so Jose and the guys checked on everything got it back the next day. Won't take my vehicles to anyone else they are quick and reasonably priced

Jose was very courteous and friendly. I felt very comfortable during the entire repair process. The repairs were extensive but all work was completed in record time and significantly less expensive than the dealer quote. Very happy with the repairs.
